I've always been fond of vehicles, and my favorites are cars, military, and airplanes.
There are many kinds of these shops in SL , but I am addicted to one in particular and that's MLCC.
Motor Loon's Custom Cycles is a motorcycle shop specialized in selling bikes and mostly choppers, made with detail, care and attention to every small part going from the chassis to the sounds. I have the honour to personally own two bikes from this shop, a MLCC Soverign anda Supreme Springer. Useless telling you then that once in a while I hop back at the shop to check if there is anything new and last time I went i was like...O M G! There are 3 new creations, but they're not bikes....they're hotrods! I am so happy to have recieved one of the latest hotrods to share with you!
The model I recieved is called F - 1 a classic hotrod pickup truck.
Based on the 1950 Ford F-1, a half ton pickup truck first introduced in '48 and featured a fancy modern one-piece windshield and integrated headlights. Options were the "See-Clear" windshield washer (operated by foot plunger), passenger side windshield wiper & sun visor, and passenger side taillight. The F-1 truck was also available with additional chrome and two horns as an option.
For this hotrod, the old flathead was ripped out and replaced with a beefy fuel injected bigblock - with supercharger and nitrous. Complete transmission replacement with a modern racing 5-speed.
Custom-made sidepipe exhaust system and 15" alloy rims with wide tires along with a full leather interior.
Apart from the usual driver and passenger seats, there is also the possibilty for a third person to sit in the back of the truck.
The truck has a multi option menu that enables you to the body paint colors, gloss effects, tires, turn on/off music, set the configuration and use the I-paint™function.
I-paint™ will allow you do add your own custom paints to this car - despite it being a no-mod item.
Once you access the I-paint™ menu, all the parts of the car that can be painted will automatically display a hovertext with the parts name, this means it's active and ready to receive custom textures.
You'll find the templates in the notecard you recieve, which you can copy to your inventory - save to hard drive - and modify or use as bases for your own graphics using Photoshop, Paintshop Pro, Gimp or similar graphics programs. Once you have uploaded the new texture, you can "drag" into onto the part you wish to apply it on.
So if you want to have some fun, go and grab one now but be sure to check out the other 2 hotrods cause they are just as cool as this one.
